ABOUT CHRISTINA

Christina Chia is a Non Executive Director, executive leader, author and advisor with more than 25 years of leadership experience across Australia and Asia.

Born in Malaysia and building her career in Australia, she saw highly capable Asian and multicultural talent too often overlooked or misunderstood because their strengths did not always fit traditional expectations of leadership.

That experience inspired Leading Beyond the Bamboo Ceiling and her work helping leaders understand, engage and see talent differently, so they can bring out the best in their people.
